Huge Master Bedroom with huge bathroom and walk-in closet May 4-June30

I'm subletting my bedroom for the dates above. You will be sharing a 4-bedroom house with my three housemates (all female Stanford medical students). The bedroom will be furnished with a bed, dresser, bookshelf, table and chairs. The house is in a very new neighborhood in East Palo Alto near University Square Park. It's about a 25 minute bike ride to Stanford Campus. There is a 2-car garage and plenty of street parking.

The price is $2800 + $300 refundable deposit for the entire period including all utilities. I would like to sublease to someone who will be able to pay the full amount + deposit up front. Females only please. My roommates are very respectful, quiet and clean, but also very social and friendly. We are looking for someone who is the same.

There is also an option to renew the lease after June 30th with my other housemates if everyone is on the same page.
