Huge master suite in co-op for 2 to share (private bathroom)

We have a massive master suite (375 sq ft) with a private bathroom and smaller half-room that is available for two people to share.
$2000 for the whole suite, $1000 for a single spot in the shared room
The lease begins Sept 1, and we a prefer 9-month or longer lease.

In addition to the room, communal spaces include a living room, a big dining room, a new kitchen, a vegetable and herb garden, and an outdoor patio and yard.
Laundry and parking on-site. No smokers. No pets (we already have a dog).
First month and last month's rent + security deposit required.

About the co-op:
We are an 8-member co-op in Palo Alto looking for housemates in a colorful, light-filled home who are excited to cook and eat together, create a vibrant community, and enjoy:

• Meals together -- 4 shared vegetarian dinners per week
• Shared grocery staples
• Ethic of egalitarianism, cleanliness, fairness, and sustainability -- we share chore duties and try to reduce our resource use

Current members include scientists, musicians, graduate students, poets, engineers, rock climbers, runners, readers, and travelers in mid-to-late 20s.

We're located just over 1 mile from Google and 22 min bike ride to Stanford Oval

Short walk to 35 bus line takes you to Downtown Palo Alto and Palo Alto Caltrain station, 88 bus line to VA
