Huge master suite in new townhouse in Palo Alto - $1995

Seeking roommate(s) for the master bedroom with huge bath in a beautiful three-story 4 bed/3 bath in the Monroe Place development, just off El Camino between Arastradero and San Antonio (border of Palo Alto and Los Altos/Mountain View).

The house: The complex was built just one year ago and features an open-plan living area and huge kitchen. The house is fully air-conditioned and features a new washer-dryer, dishwasher, plenty of storage, and everything else you'd want. There is an outdoor private patio space and garage.

The room: It's a huge room facing northwest, with high ceilings and plenty of light. There is a great walk-in closet and an even more impressive bathroom with a large shower, separate tub, and dual-sink vanity.

The roommates: We are three women in our mid-late 20s who are graduating from Stanford's teacher education program. We will all be working as teachers in the area starting in the fall. We enjoy being social and spending time together, but also value quiet/private time. We're neat but not immaculate. I expect we'll all be pretty low-key during the week but will host the occasional party or dinner party on the weekend.

What we're looking for: A single person or a couple to take the master bedroom. If it was a single person, we would be asking $1995; for a couple we would ask $2295. We're looking for someone(s) with whom we could click and enjoy spending time with socially in the shared common spaces. Someone in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties would likely click best.
