The bedroom is L-shaped and is about 20 feet by 10 on one side and 20 by 10 on the other. Wooden floors and track lighting. Some furniture such as a couch, chairs and a table are provided.

About the House
The house is fairly spacious and includes a washer and dryer, bran new hardwood floors, and a large kitchen. Backyard has a BBQ grill, deck and plenty of space for growing a little garden, if desired.
Location
About the Roommates
Phil is in his 30's and is a product designer specializing in User Experience. He likes good, healthy living and tends to stay active with a mix of running, yoga or hiking. He also likes to explore his creative, nutritional side and make fresh smoothies.
Other housemate: in her mid-20's, very courteous is a front end developer and super amazing illustrator. She also makes a delicious blueberry pie.
We both are very friendly, cook together on occasion, but also respect each other's private space and time.
Communal Values
We like to keep the house neat and clean. We hope you are clean by preference as well, not just because they're house shared priorities.
We have a maid that will do the thorough one-time per season cleaning, but we want to find a roommate who shares the same values for keeping things neat and livable. That means not leaving dirty dishes in the sink or garbage piling up as well as keeping the bathroom clean. If you share this common house courtesy, this will be great to know.
