Your room would be the large upstairs master bedroom and attached private bathroom.
The room is easily one of the biggest rooms in the house at 14'x14'. It also has a large wall closet and private balcony.
Rent is tentatively set at 2000/mo.
We've already got the major furniture for the house so all you have to do is bring your own bedroom set.

The house is a freshly renovated 3br/2.5ba townhouse located in the Sharon Glenn community.
It features:

• Hardwood floors throughout
• Tons of natural light
• Completely redone kitchen
• Brand new appliances (also in home washer/dryer)
• Central heating and AC
• 2 car garage and 3rd car parking space
• A patio in the back with a bbq
• Access to a swimming pool directly behind our house
• A large room in the basement that we are turning into a movie theater
  (Unfortunately no pets in our house, and no smoking)

About us:
We are two guys in our early-20s. One of us is a Stanford grad student and the other is a tech employee. We are friendly and casual and have lived together previously. We keep the house neat and have maid service to clean the whole place on a regular basis. We enjoy grilling in the backyard with a couple of beers, watching movies, mixing up some cocktails and cracking terrible puns.
