In perfect condition except for an iron mark on the cushion caused by my carelessness. Nothing an accent pillow can't hide, so the matching pillow (purchased for $15 from Walmart) is included. Fits well in a two room double or under a bunk bed with extra space. Fits in an SUV when the back seats are put down for easy transport. Pick up from east campus.
