immaculate 2 bdrm townhouse for 2-3 people

This might be interesting to those looking for a place off-campus,
especially if you are graduating in December.

We have a very nice place available from early July to November 30. After
that you may either extend the lease or go on a month-by-month basis. It's a
two room townhouse located in Central Park Apartments in Mountain View (just
beyond Castro St). You don't need a car to commute to campus - we are
connected to the Mountain View Caltrain station via a 2-minute light rail
(free for residents and those with the Caltrain pass from Stanford). By car
it's 15 minutes during non-peak hours.

The two bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath, and there's a half
bath downstairs. A third person can live in the living room downstairs. The
place also comes with a small patio, and the complex is equipped with
outdoor spa/pools, gym and laundry. Look at the photos attached. The
management does a great job in keeping the environs upscale and immaculate.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease, which expires Nov 30. The
original rent was $1700/mo., but you'll receive a subsidy from us that will
bring it down to $1400/mo. until November 30.
