The apartment is awesome. We try to cannonball/swims (mainly splash around) in the outdoor pool. It comes with utilities, a large common room, kitchen, and an outdoor patio for us to host parties when you arrive (turn up).

The room comes furnished with a twin and full size bed (holla!), two dressers, an IKEA table, and a fridge. You have your own bathroom and a walk-in closet.

We both recently graduated, and are active, relaxed guys who work in technology (duh).

Rent starts July 1 (earlier if needed) - through at least September, with the option to stay longer

Parking is available on the street any time
