Our roommate is moving out of our newly remodeled and rent controlled apartment in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, (he bought a house, haha) and we are looking for someone to take his room ASAP. The apartment is a second floor, 3 bed/3 bath a block from Alamo Square and the bus stop, and also walking distance from Hayes Valley, Haight Street, and Divisadero. It comes equipped with free laundry facilities, waste services, and a mail room. All building residents are in their 20s and 30s (most of whom attended Stanford as well). We are both engineering grads of the class of 2015, and now work in the city.

The common living space includes a fully outfitted kitchen, top-end WiFi (Comcast-quoted 500mb/sec) built off an Eero mesh network, a mixture of new and recently restored furniture including a curved 4K TV and 4' x 8' LoveSac. The unfurnished bedroom comes with an ensuite full bathroom and shower, built in closet, private entrance, and extensive storage space. The apartment features many luxury amenities including: 12 foot ceilings, a video camera enabled doorbell, stainless steel appliances with double ovens, a refrigerator with wine cooling drawer, a dish washer, garbage disposal, coffee machine, soda-water maker, deep fryer, rice cooker (if you couldn't guess we cook a lot), and microwave. As if that weren't enough, we also have unlimited free grocery delivery through Instacart (already paid for).
