Independent room & bathroom for commuter or student in Menlo Park

Hi,

We have a fully furnished independent bedroom (~400 sq ft) and independent bathroom to rent from January till June or August, in our remodeled garage.
No kitchen available but there is a fridge and a microwave in the bedroom.
Movie screen & sound system.
Access to laundry room.

It is 5 min walk to Stanford Shopping center. 10 min walk to Menlo Park or Palo Alto Caltrain station.

We would like to rent the space either to a commuter (someone staying Monday through Friday morning only) or to a student who could baby sit for us.
Rent would be $1200/month (+ weekly babysitting hours if full time student).

You can come visit any days after 5:30pm. Let us know if you are interested.
