I am a 27 year old female long distance runner looking for a training partner for banded sprint workouts at Cobb Track 1-3 times a week this summer. Open to doing other running workouts as well, but the main goal is to get faster! My schedule changes from week to week, but it is fairly flexible. Happy to let you use my own resistance bands. Open to working with any gender and any level of experience!
About Me:
800m, 1-mile, 2 mile are my favorite races. Now I'm trying to force myself to enjoy sprinting!
PR(s): 2:28 minute 800m, 5:35minute 1-mile, and 12:10 minute 2-mile
Currently I'm power and olympic lifting 4-5 times a week and running 1-2 miles immediately after.
