Room wanted starting Aug or Sept, $1700

I'm a PhD student at Stanford looking for a place to move in to either August 1st or September 1st. About me:

– 26, male
– Clean, quiet and respectful
– Not really a partier, but friendly and happy to meet new people
– Most weeks I'm spending most of my time in the lab, but when I have time I like to cook/bake, spend time outdoors, and exercise

I'm open to any kind of roommate(s) and mainly would like a place reasonably close to campus, and would like to stay at least a year. Pretty much everything else I'm flexible on. Ideally below $1700/mo. If you know of an opening, let me know! Thank you!
