07/15/2026 Move in! Looking for for a roommate in East Palo Alto area.
Large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home (2,253 sq ft) for women in their mid-20s. Close to Stanford, Meta, Amazon, among other popular workplaces.
We are a relaxed and clean household of 3 girls in our mid-20s. Shannon works in clinical research, in her free time she likes playing Nintendo switch, zone 2 cardio, and playing with her cat. Rebecca works in immunology research at Stanford, in her free time she likes bouldering, camping, and trying new matcha spots. Nancy works in management and hospitality at Marriott, in her free time she likes traveling, baking, and going to the gym. 

We are looking for someone respectful and honest willing to sign a 1 year lease. A friendly, and clean young woman who enjoys doing things together but also maintaining her own life would be great! 

There is one master/primary bedroom available in the home. 07/15/2026 MOVE IN: $1750: A private room with a personal bathroom, walk in closet, and ample storage inside and outside the room. You will also be responsible for a one month deposit.

The house has a garage, in-unit laundry, fully furnished living room and loft, wood floors, fully furnished kitchen and pantry, 1 HOA parking spot, and plenty of street parking. The 4 (total) roommates split responsibilities of the house equally (Utilities: PG&E, Internet, water, rent payments, and chores). We will also plan to sign a roommate agreement.
