Looking for Studio / 1B1B Sublet near Stanford, Flexible Dates, Will Pay Premium

Hi everyone,

I’m an incoming PhD student at Stanford, and I’m looking for a studio or 1B1B sublet near Stanford for the summer.

My ideal dates are June 22 to August 20, but both the start and end dates are flexible.

I’m quiet, clean, responsible, and will take good care of the place. I’m also willing to pay a reasonable premium above the original rent for a suitable place.
