Rent is $1232/mo, security deposit is $1000 and utilities (internet, PGE) come to about $50-100 per person per month.

1 shower shared between you and 2 roommates
We have a kitchen, private backyard, washer and dryer in-unit, ample parking, nice neighbors, and located in a safe, bike-friendly neighborhood.
You’ll be a quick walk to Rengstorff & Heritage park, Safeway, and Starbucks. Caltrain station and Downtown Mountain View (Castro St) with bars and restaurants are within a mile radius.

A little about the housemates:
T (33M): Earned a PhD at Stanford and does cell research. He is laidback and loves gaming, listening to music, and traveling. He’s chill, creative, and fair.
S (24M): Work at Stanford at a medical research lab. He is kind, clean, and communicative.
