1B1B - Studio/Room/Apartment or Shared house - WANTED from late August to early November

Hi, I'm Aamir, 31 years old, and will be a visiting researcher at Stanford for the Summer/Autumn, roughly between the dates of August 27 to November 4 (exact date TBD). I am a quiet, respectful person, who is excited to explore Stanford and its surroundings!

I am looking for either a private, fully furnished bedroom in a shared house or apartment complex, or a private studio.

Location:
I plan to either walk or to take public transport to campus; a journey time of less than 30 minutes would be ideal. Areas either within or close to campus, or easily accessible through public transport would be great!

Amenities:
I would like to have my own bathroom, but am happy to share a kitchen and other facilities (e.g., laundry) with others.

Budget:
My budget is between $3000-4000 for the entire stay, but can go up to $5000 depending on the place and what it offers.
