1 Room in 2B1B, Mountain View near Caltrain Station START DATE AUG 1, NEED SOON

Hi, my name is Nick and I have a room available for rent in Mountain View near the downtown area - 10 minute walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is a 2b2b and is pretty spacious given the affordable price. The landlord recently updated the bathroom and kitchen, and the living room is large but unfurnished as of now, although it does have some items that my roommate is packing/taking when he moves. Utilities are extremely cheap - I think I pay on average for internet and everything else included around 80-120 per month for my share. This unit is really great, especially for the price. The only one downside is that laundry is on-site, but not in-unit. We already have basic items like a coffee maker, pots, pans, kitchen table, chairs, etc. We can share those items.

My current roommate may be open to selling his furniture to anyone who's interested.
