I can be flexible about pushing the move in date forward to as soon as July 5.
I can not be flexible about pushing move out date to be after August 18.

Room available in a 2B/1B.
Furnished.
Apartment is small, has no living room.
Full XL bed.
Desk, computer monitor.
Very quiet, nice view.
My items will be stored in the room, you will still have space for your items.

Must be non-undergrad Stanford affiliate.
Must be female.
You must not be a smoker.
My very tidy female apartment-mate is very kind so we would have to video call or meet before you move in to ensure you and her get along and would coexist well!
Must not be messy - my roommate and I keep very clean common spaces.
