Currently looking for someone who enjoys living with others for the open bedroom of our 2000 sq ft. 4 bed 3 bath house in the heart of Palo Alto.

The house was recently remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. Fully furnished living room, kitchen, washer dryer, and a home gym set up in the garage. Large back patio and fruit trees all around the property.

15 minute walk to the California Ave Caltrain Station and a 10 minute walk to the businesses on Middlefield Rd (coffee shops, Safeway, Walgreens, etc) and 10 minutes walk from a nearby park.

We're hoping for someone friendly and conscientious. One of the current and (hopefully) long-term housemates has small, friendly, well-trained dog, so comfort with animals is a must.
