We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help two people stay on top of work, life admin, and day-to-day logistics.
This is a varied, hands-on role. You’ll work with us and help with scheduling, communication, research, errands, health appointments, and general organization.
What you’ll do:
- Calendar management and scheduling of people, meetings, hosted events, medical appointments, etc.
- Build and maintain a people CRM as well as people research and outreach.
- Handle email, messages, invoices, purchases, and refunds.
- Draft emails, posts, and replies in our voice.
- Support home organization and occasional errands. Meal prep is a plus.
- Help us have structure focused work sessions, including timers and check-ins when useful.
- Expected to be in SF once a week
Who you are:
- Very organized and good at keeping track of details.
- Responsive and comfortable moving quickly.
- A strong writer who can adapt to someone else’s voice.
- Comfortable with AI tools, especially Claude.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling private information.
- Early in career is good with us
