Room available in beautiful downtown Palo Alto house next to Stanford

Hi! We are Sarah, Nicole, Luana and John.

We have a downstairs room with a private bathroom available in a beautiful Victorian house (4BD,3BA) in downtown Palo Alto. You’ll have three house-mates: a female Stanford post-doc doing research into earth systems; a female lab manager at Stanford Hospital; and a male retired Googler. (John would like to note: Sarah is sadly moving out, but is also awesome).

Downstairs there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, John's room, and the room for offer, each with a private bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, laundry, living room. For this room, women only please.

We are generally pretty friendly, occasionally eating dinner or doing other activities together. We also have a small “roomie” named Charlie, a 5 year old mini-labradoodle. He's trained as a service dog, hypoallergenic, and a 7kg ball of love.

We're looking for a roomie to join us on the year lease. The rent is $1850/month plus utilities which are split equally (a few hundred for fiber internet, electricity, gardening, and a weekly maid).
