Spacious 430sqft studio by Menlo Park caltrain; affordable furniture

My cosy studio apartment will become available from 1 September (may be slightly flexible). Great location, 2 minutes away from downtown Menlo Park with a Caltrain station, shops and restaurants - it's a nice 15-20 minute bike ride to campus. Noel drive itself is a quiet side-road with almost no traffic.

This apartment has a large living room / bedroom, a separate kitchen, bathroom as well as lots of built-in storage space. A shed and, optionally, parking space are also included. Washer+drier shared wth neighboring apartments; utilities are not included in the rent.

The apartment is rented out by a property management company with an initial 1-year lease, and comes unfurnished on paper. As I'm moving back to Norway, however, I'm hoping to find someone who can take over much or all of the furniture in the apartment, including a bed, mattress, couch / guest bed, table, chairs, lamps and a couple of shelves / bookcases. To someone who's interested in taking over a significant portion of it, I'd be willing to settle on a very reasonable price for the furniture, below what I originally bought it for (already used & affordable).

Moreover, you will have to option to get a package deal with a bunch of miscellaneous inventory, a bike or two, and even a car if you're looking for one!

In other words, this studio is ideal for you if you're moving to the Bay Area empty-handed and just want an easy start without the fuzz!
