• The room has a queen-size bed, smart TV, and Wi-Fi, available starting 6/29
• Laundry is inside.
• Central air-conditioning and heating.
• Shared bathroom.
• The commute to Stanford is about 40 minutes by car if you leave before 7 am or after 10 am.
• 18-minute drive to the Tamien station for Caltrain (29-34 min ride to Palo Alto station, depending on the line).
• Campbell shuttle bus to Stanford Hospital is an 18-minute drive away, with a 30-35 minute ride to SHC depending on the bus time.
• Safeway and CVS are within a 2-minute drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, and the shopping mall are in a 5-7 minute drive.
• Several beautiful, safe walking trails in a 2-5 min drive, including the lake.
• The kitchen is equipped for 'light' cooking and features a Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, mini-oven, oven, rice cooker, mixer, teapot, pots, dishes, and utensils.
• I am from South Korea, a nurse at Stanford.

The monthly payment is $1480, including utilities. The first month's non-refundable cleaning fee is $100 (which will be used when you leave). A $200 deposit is required for the first month and will be deducted from the first month's payment.
