We are moving out of our 900 sq ft 2 bedroom / 1 bath second floor apartment August 8th after 3 years! This unit is priced to rent and will go fast. We were lucky to get it from a Stanford couple before it hit the market 3 years ago and are trying to pay it forward. It will be listed in a couple of weeks.

Location is truly incredible. 3 minute walk to the Cal Ave farmers market on Sunday mornings, ~5 minute bike to Stanford’s campus. Walkable or bikeable to Trader Joe’s via a bike path. I biked to the university gym in ~10-12 minutes every day. Really great location.
