Right next to Buena Vista Park in the hippie district of Haight Ashbury, steps away from coffee shops, vintage shops, bars, and restaurants. In a historic Victorian SF building built 1904-6 by a famous architect. It does not get better. Big (920sqf), no roommates, lovely neighbors. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with bay windows and professional entertainment system, 1 dining room and office, chef’s kitchen, bathroom with claw foot tub. Very nicely furnished with lots of art. I’m paying $3,550 a month ($880 a week), including bills and internet (because it’s rent controlled, it actually goes for 4.5k a month now). Happy to rent it for 3k or best offer to the right, respectful, clean, and dependable person. Cleaning after the stay not included.
