Industrial-Strength Guillotine Paper Cutter - $150

I have an industrial-strength paper cutter for sale. It uses a guillotine cutting mechanism with a safety latch and can easily slice through 20-30 sheets of thick paper. There are two vices built in to hold the paper in place, and the surface is covered with a metric grid (that also has inch measurements) to help align pages.
