Interesting live/work warehouse for ~ $900 (Redwood City)

Awesome work/live warehouse in Redwood City. Next to 101, about a mile from Middlefield Ave, El Camino, and within a short bike ride to downtown Redwood City. We're located on a corner of a family-type neighborhood along with a few other warehouse-type businesses.

The warehouse itself is huge, two stories, with some private rooms, and we share the many common areas throughout the space. There's lots of space for creativity, and we enjoy it as a respectful, easy-going, and peaceful place.

We're looking for more housemates now that we have new access to another living area upstairs.

• You'll have a private bedroom.
• Sharing 2 full bathrooms
• Next to it is a very large living area, with a kitchenette + sink. This is generally your shared area and you can extend your private belongings into this area.
• You'll also be sharing the main kitchen in addition to the rest of the warehouse and common areas.
• Our wifi reaches all areas.
• No laundry washers on site at the moment, but we're into getting one in if pipes/vents allow. The nearest laundromat is 2 blocks away.
• Lots of major stores and local ones within 2 blocks-2miles.
• We share a couple of parking spaces on site, and there's unrestricted street parking.
• This place is best for people who are interested in making use of the possibilities of the space.

About us: All in our late 20's/early 30s – There's 3 of us; guy & guy/gal couple--

• J recently moved in this October, industrious maker/builder, making the warehouse more homey with some great furniture finds, an east coaster, traveler, works for a really cool bio-chem tech startup nearby.
• M was recently a grad student, now working in computing at our region's little neighborhood tech company; he's also the computing and program director for a college radio station. Always lots of projects and unique findings going on.
• D is into community development, exploring, people/stories, often visiting family in the south bay; currently taking time off; working for nonprofits/events; volunteering; radio activities; chasing after some projects and dreams in the meantime.

We can go by a month-to-month basis, if you give us a heads up. Will require first and last month's rent as a security deposit. Our renewed lease term is till October 2016. This is our second year on the lease. Utilities are split between us/very low, keeping your total under $950/mo.
