Join my sunny 2-bed Harvard Square Apartment!

Hello! I am looking for a housemate to join my apartment in between Harvard and Central Square for September 1st in a 2B apartment. The rent is $1786, heat and hot water are included, and utilities range from ~$70-$150.This is a sunny, two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (unfurnished) on the 6th floor of an older apartment building with a newer elevator. It has hardwood floors, a narrow railway-style kitchen, large living and dining area, a shared coat closet, and walk-in pantry. The open bedroom is 8x7 ft (55-56 square feet) with a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is small, but does the trick. I think the building may be owned by Harvard, but is managed by a third party company that is very responsive. Laundry is not included and in a shared laundry room in the basement and it is app-operated (not coin). The apartment is accessible via a ramp in the back of the building and the building has a new elevator.

I am a transportation planner in my mid-30s. I like to swim, sew, cook, kayak, and enjoy living in Cambridge. I work full-time in the office at the moment, so I am out and about a lot. Please feel free to DM me if you’re interested. It’s available for September 1st, but I am flexible.
