We have a cozy room in a beautiful home in nice areas of Cupertino. The house is a Walking distance to Apple's new Headquarters, Apple Park, 3 minute walk to Stevens Creek Blvd which has a wide variety of shops and and restaurants including Target, Starbucks, Philz Coffee, Alexander's Steakhouse, Cream, Benihana, AMC theater, Bowlmor, minutes driving from the 280 freeway.
Our housemates have high tech jobs, are studying, or doing internships in the area. This is not a hacker home - we want healthy lifestyle people, no drama, no drugs, no problems.
We work hard at our jobs/education and want to come home to a nice zen place. Weekends we like to explore the Bay Area, check out new restaurants, movies, etc.
Rent is $950. Utilities are shared by all housemates at the end of each month. We get cleaners and our common areas come furnished!
