Join us in Menlo Park, $1350

Hi!
We have one room available in our 5 bedroom Menlo house on Valparaiso and Franks Lane.

We are co-ed, current students and recent alums at Stanford, working in the area. You will be sharing your bathroom with one other person of your gender.

We have a big garden in the back with a bbq and fire-pit, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and maid and gardener that come once a month (included in rent - just need to add tip). There is plenty of parking on the street.

Immediate move in, flexible on exact date.

Rent is $1350. Utilities not included (between ~$50 - 80 per person). Security deposit to landlord of $2600 and you will need to sign a lease until August 15.

No pets or couples allowed (although we love them).
