Join us in Menlo Park: $1475 for the room

Hi!
We have one room available in our 5 bedroom Menlo house.

We are co-ed, current students at Stanford, and recent alums of Stanford and Berkley working in the area. You will be sharing your bathroom with one other person of your gender.

We have a big garden in the back with a bbq and fire-pit, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and maid and gardener that come once a month (included in rent - just need to add tip). There is plenty of parking on the street.

Move in date is the week of September 10 (negotiable).

Rent is $1475. Utilities not included (between ~$50 - 80 per person). Security deposit to landlord of $2600. Can move after a couple months, just need to find a replacement, or stay for full year.

No pets allowed (although we love them).
