July 1st - Aug 26th sublet 1 room in 3br in Mission SF, 915 $/month

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a subleaser for my room in a lovely 3br Victorian home in the Mission/Noe/Bernal Heights district. This area has everything I value most about San Francisco: Cafes, Restaurant, Parks, good acces to public transportation. SF's most famous ice cream maker of is just around the corner.
The room and flat has everything: The bedroom comes with a futon bed, walk-in closet, drawer, chair and desk. The kitchen is ready to start cooking.

Dates: July 1st - August 27th 2014

If you are a quiet and respectful person, open for conversation sometimes, and ready to pitch in with the household chores, you will fit in perfectly with my two roommates.

Numbers: Monthly rent is 915$ (includes utilities!). I'll ask you to make a deposit of 300$ at the time you decide to move in, and pay the rest of the total rent at move-in.
