July 1st yearlong lease, Sunnyvale, 950/month

I'm a current medical resident at Stanford looking for one more roommate for a 3 BR in Sunnyvale, CA. Roommates would be one female Stanford resident and one female working in tech in their 20s. Street parking, pool, hot tub, gated complex, fully furnished, 950/month plus utilities. Looking for someone interested in a yearlong lease starting July 1. Most importantly, someone who is clean and courteous (which we both are). No smoking, drugs, pets, or subletting. Please email if interested!
