July/August room in Midtown Palo Alto

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in a 4 br/2 bath house in midtown Palo Alto for July and August this year. The move-in date is somewhat flexible. The new tenant will have the opportunity to renew the lease for a year in September. The tenant will share a bathroom with one other person. The house is 3 miles from Stanford and 2.5 miles from Google. The other roommates are a great group of people who work at Stanford. Rent is $1125/month + ~$75 in utilities/month. The house is fully furnished and I can leave the room furnished if desired. Respond if interested for photos of the house and the room.
