July-Oct Private bedroom w/ private bathroom in Palo Alto House

Hey Everyone!

I’m subletting my room for 4 months this summer and early fall. We’re looking for someone to fill a spot in our house in the beautiful neighborhood of Palo Alto near Gamble Garden.

We’re a group of six fourth-year Stanford med guys (and one physics student) who like to work hard and have fun. We’re looking for one person to fill my room while I work at a hospital in NYC this summer/fall. The room will be available on June 28th through the end of October. You’ll have your own bedroom and your own ensuite bathroom for your exclusive use.

We’re looking for a Stanford affiliate or young professional, preferably for the entire 4 months of the sublease. Given that our house is older, the ideal candidate would be clean and also be comfortable with occasional messes in shared spaces (we’re not perfect here). Your private bed/bath will be fully furnished with mattress, dresser, desk, closet.

About the house:

• Private bedroom, private bathroom as above
• Beautiful backyard with patio, grills, fire pit, 250ft redwood tree
• Spacious living room/dining area with big screen TV w/ cable, HBO, Xbox x2
• 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath house

About the men:

• 6 Stanford med students / grad students
• Enjoy trips to SF, sports, video games, working out, whining about our research, dogs

About the location:

• Next to Gamble Garden in Palo Alto
• Easy 10-15 minute bike to campus/hospital
• 15 minute walk to Palo Alto Caltrain
• 10 minute walk to Trader Joe’s

Logistics & Finances:

• $1300 rent, + utilities and cable/wifi (usually about $100 a month)
• Free parking, free bike (you can have mine)
• First and last month’s rent required
• Earliest move-in June 28th, end around October 28th (flexible)
