June/July private bedroom by new Apple campus (option to renew lease)

I'm a Stanford master's student (female) looking to sublet my room in a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse next door to Apple's new campus in Cupertino. My roommates (male) are recent Stanford graduates working at tech companies in the area.

My room will be available June 13 - July 27. I'm flexible with the move-in/move-out dates, but would like to rent out my room for 1 month minimum. Rent will be prorated.

Our lease ends July 27, so you can negotiate renewing the lease with my current roommates if you want.
