June-September Sublet in Large Rains 2bdr/1ba Apartment ($1041/month)

My room in a large, corner apartment in Rains will be available for sublet from around June 13 to September 5 (start/end dates negotiable).

There will most likely be another summer subleter in the other bedroom. Unlike other Rains apartments, since mine is a corner apartment my living room and kitchen are about the size of a Rains 4 bedroom, so there is a great amount of space in the living area!

Utilities and internet included in rent. Free laundry.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
