Kennedy Jr. Studio Apartment Available 9/3-9/11

Junior Studio Apartment (Lieberman) in Kennedy Neighborhood for $33 per day, beginning September 3rd and ending no later than September 11th. It is a fully furnished 4th floor apartment that was built only 2 years ago. Quiet neighbors. I share the apartment with one other person (who's super nice and quiet), but you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Great views. Minimal direct sunlight (windows facing south). Large bathroom. The apartment can be subletted to one person OR one couple.

Must pay full amount in advance (cash or check). If interested, you can make an appointment to visit my apt. to address any questions before signing contract (starting August 1st). Apartment will be available completely clean (and expected to be received in same condition). Full set of dishes, silverware, spices, and cleaning materials are also available for you to use.

Note: I plan on leaving up most of my posters/artwork on the walls - you may take them down during your stay (and place them under the bed) as long as you put them back before checking out.
