Large 6 bedroom house - looking for Housemates!

Hello potential housemates! HubHaus (www.thehubhaus.com) is opening up our newest house in Cupertino! Its a beautiful large house with a basketball court in the backyard. We're on the hunt for the last cool, interesting, and respectful housemate who can respect the house culture. Open house on appointment this and next weekend!

Location: Cupertino! Close to apples main campus, googles sunnyvale campus, and the lots of other startups in the area.

**The House: ** Spacious bedrooms with a few smaller BR going for much cheaper! There's a large kitchen and dining room, along will a separate furnished garage and cottage. 5Br evenly shared with 2 shared fulled baths and 1 master bedroom. rooms fully furnished!

Washing machine and Dryer in unit. Street parking is readily available, and there are also 3-4 spots available in the driveway.

**The room:**Several options of rooms ranging from $1050-$1650, most being around $1200.

The HouseMates: We are currently in the process of our search for 6 awesome housemates who will be a good fit in this house together.

You: We're looking for mature young professionals (sorry college students) that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free. We give bonus points to high achievers :).

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. Its all about finding people that are a good fit. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we dont like living in the house.

Logistics: Sign a month to month lease with us! All rooms unfurnished and utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked - we make your move as easy as possible. :).

If you're moving to the silicon valley or want to make new friends, but don't want to live in a ""hacker house""/shared room environment, this is perfect for you.
