The main house is occupied by a family and another tenant in another portion of the house. Seeking female tenant. $1,200/month, month to month rent with long-term preferred.

Located in Cupertino in the Santa Cruz mountains overlooking Cupertino (15 minute drive into town). Beautiful views and access to the pool during the summer.
