A large bedroom in our house in the Willows neighborhood in Menlo Park near Stanford University will become available starting in August.

Details:

-Monthly rent is $1400 for a single person or $1800 for a couple.

-Internet, electricity, and paying for regular visits by our cleaners result in additional monthly expenses that average about $130/month over the course of the year.

-Washer and dryer included.
-Fully-equipped kitchen.

-Windows to the room look out on the backyard and quiet street, so it's great for remote work.

-Tons of garage storage space and super-convenient access to Hwy 101, downtown Palo Alto, and Stanford. Can easily take public transport to Stanford's RWC campus too.

-Everyone currently in the house has been following shelter-in-place/social distancing rules carefully!

If you are a clean, considerate, reliable professional that might need a shared house at this time, we're the place for you! We can arrange to show you the room (via Zoom) and then meet.

About us:

Leaseholder: Single Male, Menlo Park small business owner. Night owl.
Other Housemates: A couple (wife lives in Sunnyvale 6 days/week as a live-in caregiver, husband works part-time in San Jose).

Unfortunately, no pets.

No smoking. Security deposit required. Note: leaseholder occasionally dog sits for friends and may have a dog at times, but not for longer than a week.

The desk, desk chair, large bookcase, chest of drawers will stay (or can be moved to the basement if you prefer).

The leaseholder is willing to introduce you to the neighborhood community he knows well.
