Hi! We are both 26 year old, Stanford alums, and we're renting out a room and a bathroom in a very spacious 3br, 2 ½ bath in East Palo Alto. The neighborhood is University Square, a calm suburban neighborhood built in the 2000s within walking distance of Ikea, Target, Home Depot, and many other shopping/dining options! Also convenient to get to the 101 (about a 3 minute drive). All common areas are already furnished (you would only have to furnish your bedroom and bathroom). We would like somebody that can move in January any time starting on the 13th. If you need to move in earlier, we may be able to accommodate that as well.

About us:

• A female who works at Stanford and loves to cook. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, working out, reading a good book, or relaxing with a glass of wine while watching TV.
• A male who works at a consulting firm and plays sports. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, working out, playing video games, and relaxing with a beer while watching TV.
• We are both clean and responsible individuals who don't smoke.

• committed to pitching in to keep the common areas consistently clean (vacuuming, cleaning kitchen, taking out the trash, cleaning floors)
• a dog-lover! We have a hypoallergenic labradoodle named Bodie! He is a fluffy ball of love, and he doesn't shed or go potty in the house. We don't expect our roommate to help with the dog, but if you're a dog lover and would like to help, great!
