Large Bedroom for rent in beautiful, quiet Palo Alto house

A large bedroom available in a nice quiet 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Palo Alto home. The room will be available starting on 8/15. The house is located Midtown near Waverley and Loma Verde. It is about a 15-30 minute bike ride to campus. We are within walking distance of the California ave. Caltrain station (10-15 minutes) and all of the great restaurants on California avenue. There is a Safeway, Phil's Coffee and other shopping/dining within a 5 minute walk as well. The house has a garage that we use for storage and a very nice large fenced in back yard. The backyard is perfect for BBQ'ing and having people over to enjoy a sunny afternoon in California. There is one parking spot in the driveway and plenty of street parking available as well. Your would be roommates are both male postdocs at Stanford. They are both very considerate, quiet and great roommates. The rent is $1250 a month + utilities (usually around $75 a month including high speed internet). The room itself is very large, and comes with a nice glass desk and a wall closet, but you will need your own bed. Please let me know if you are interested.
