Large bedroom in 2bd1.5bath right beside Stanford (Menlo Park)

My roommate is moving out of the Bay Area and I'm searching for a roommate for this 2bd 1.5bath, 1200sqft, two floor townhouse in a tree lined well-maintained neighborhood right beside Stanford. It is 5 mins walk to downtown Menlo Park, 20 mins walk to Stanford medical school, 12 mins walk to Menlo Park caltrain station. 8 mins walk to Trader Joe's, 10 mins walk to Safeway.

The common area(kitchen, living room, dinning room --located downstairs) is furnished with high-quality modern style furniture. The available room (upstairs with the other room) is partially furnished, but you could get furniture from my current roommate when she moves out. The room is very big with a walkin closet that is almost of the size of a single bed. For the room itself, even if you put two queen size beds inside, it would still has lots of space left. Brand new carpet throughout.

Rent is $1600/month + ~$50/month in utilities(including internet). There is free parking on street, also a tandem parking spot (getting two cars out will take a bit of coordination). Laundry is right downstairs in the basement.

Available from late August, but can accomodate a moving in date from now to early sept if necessary, since we have so much space.

Background myself: late 20s female professional, working in tech. Travels to SF for work a lot and sometimes stay there. I like hiking, painting, cooking, exercising, swimming, gardening etc. easy going and tidy. No pets.

Looking for: female professional/researcher/scientist, similar age, relatively tidy :). Single occupancy only, visitors okay.
