Large Bedroom in 3 bed 2 bath Apartment w/ Washer Dryer in Unit!

Hi there!

I'm subletting my bedroom in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in a gated community with awesome amenities. The apartment complex is located in Redwood City and it is called The Villas at Bair Island (https://www.irvinecompanyapartments.com/communities/the-villas-at-bair-island). The pictures say it all: newly renovated apartments, beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, and a 24-hour fitness room!

BASICS:

• I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease from December 1st to October 30th, with the option to renew the lease for another year.
• Rent is $1353
• Water/trash/sewage: Approx $45/month
• Electricity/gas/tv/internet: Approx $70/month
• One time fees: Security deposit of $233.33 and application fee of $45 (as required by the apartment complex).

ABOUT THE SPACE:

• This is a large, spacious apartment at 1300 sq feet. Gorgeous kitchen with an open living room and dining area. Large balcony off the living room. One of my roommates has quite the green thumb, as she has been growing herbs and different plants in the planter she built by herself!
• The Bedroom fits a queen bed w/ dresser and has a walk in closet. You will be able to fit absolutely everything in this space!
• You would share a large bathroom with one other person.
• Lots of natural light throughout the day
• Hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living room and carpet in the bedroom.
• In unit washer dryer!!! This is my favorite.
• Gated parking with a garage spot that we rotate every three months

I am moving out of state and all of my furniture is also for sale if you're interested!

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:

Both roommates are professional females in their 20's. B#1 enjoys cooking and baking, and perusing the farmer's market on the weekends. B#2 loves true crime TV and is usually out and about eating ice cream with friends. They're both sweet and considerate roommates!
