Large bedroom with private bathroom (furnished) -3 miles from campus

The bedroom is huge, with lots of storage, a sun-room and a private bathroom. It has two separate doorways, leading to the backyard and gets a lot of sun. Preferred move-in date is: July 1st, with some flexibility. Long-term renters are preferred. Utilities are not included in the rental price. Room comes furnished (bed and desk) but can be moved out if needed.

This is a big house located in a residential neighborhood of Palo Alto with 6 bedrooms (5 other roomies), 5 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a shed for extra storage, a marble-floored ballroom that we occasionally use for very chill house concerts (approx 3 or 4 times a year), a garden, a big yard, and a 30-foot long pool. It's an easy 3-mile bike (20 minutes) or car ride to the Stanford campus, just a couple of miles from two Caltrain stations, and is close to either the 280 or 101 for the work commuter.

You will share the house with 5 other roommates with a variety of jobs, interests, occupations and cultures. Our place has a very respectful, enriching, and comfortable atmosphere and we are looking for a roommate with a similar outlook. We are looking for a female renter, but open to couples (with negotiation for rent) and male renters as well.

The housemates are a bunch of diverse individuals but we are all pretty laid back and easy going. All of us are professionals who live active lives, and most of us are in our 20's. Everyone here has unique interests in addition to all of us enjoying the outdoors, good conversation, board games, and friendly camaraderie.
