Large Duplex w/Garage, 1 Room Near Stanford

I'm looking for a new roommate to sign a 1 year lease starting on August 1st (I'm flexible on the move-in date). I live in a large duplex that is well-maintained. There is a two car indoor garage, plus an extra parking space outside for guests when needed. The duplex is completely furnished, including bed, dresser, cooking utensils, kitchen table, couches, TV with home audio system, etc. There's a shared bathroom with shower upstairs, and an additional bathroom (no shower) downstairs. The back patio is very spacious, complete with patio chairs, a fire pit, and a dart board.

I'm a recent Stanford grad now working at a large tech company. I would recommend this place for a graduate student, but it's also a short commute from the big tech companies further south (typically 30 min to Cupertino at rush hour). The neighborhood is very quiet, with a public bus stop located only about 100 m from our doorstep. Caltrain station is also a short distance.
