Large, furnished room in historic house in Palo Alto, next to campus

A large, furnished bedroom is available in a historic house located in Palo Alto, less than a mile from campus.

The bed room is large (24 feet by 9 feet) and is furnished with a queen size bed, desk & chairs, shelves etc. The room is bright and airy. There is a sunroof that provides beautiful views of the night sky.

The house is located on Military Way in Palo Alto, right behind Happy Donuts. It takes about 10 minutes to bike to the Stanford campus from the house.

There is a washer and dryer in the house and you're free to use it, at no cost (of course). The kitchen privileges are limited. But there is a microwave and a fridge for you to use.

The rent is 950$ per month. This includes the utilities and the internet. There is also a 350$ deposit, that is refunded when you move out.
