Large master bedroom for rent - 3 miles from campus

The room for rent is a huge 14'x24' bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also an extra 5'x6' entryway space. The room looks out into a small private atrium. Preferred move-in date: April 21st, with flexibility of +/- one week. Long-term renters (at least 1 year) preferred. Utilities are not included in the rental price.

This is a big house located in a residential neighborhood of Palo Alto with 6 bedrooms (5 other roomies), 5 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a shed for extra storage, a marble-floored ballroom that we occasionally use for parties/music, a garden, a big yard, and a 30-foot long pool. It's an easy 3-mile bike or car ride to the Stanford campus, just a couple of miles from two Caltrain stations, and is close to either the 280 or 101 for the work commuter.

You will share the house with 5 other roommates with a variety of jobs, interests, occupations and cultures. Our place has a very respectful, enriching, and comfortable atmosphere and we are looking for a roommate with a similar outlook.

The housemates are a bunch of diverse individuals but we are all pretty laid back and easy going. All of us are professionals who live active lives, and most of us are in our 20's. Everyone here has unique interests in addition to all of us enjoying the outdoors, good conversation, board games, and friendly camaraderie.

We unfortunately can't accept pets into the house due to lease conditions/allergic housemate.
