The spaceous master bedroom apartment in our beautiful shared house in Los Altos Hills is available for rent! It consists of a large room with big glass doors opening to the deck, a large walk-in-closet/dressing room with window and a private double bathroom (2 sinks, bathtub and shower).

The house is a lovely Ranch Style Home with 6 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms plus 1 half baths. Common areas include living room, dining room, shared kitchen, additional living room with table tennis and bar. Washer and dryer are available. Main and lower levels with an abundance of natural light throughout. The house has a large deck and huge garden with plenty of space to grow own vegetables and herbs and a couple of fruit trees.

The house offers peaceful views, convenient access to trails and close proximity to Los Altos, at just 2.5 miles from village, and it is within cycle distance to University. Also convenient to Mountain View and much of Silicon Valley - Googlelex 20 mins away etc.

We are looking for PhD students, Postdocs or other professionals, for mature and considerate housemates that are willing to contribute to a nice home with a friendly atmosphere. Current housemates are 3 Stanford Postdocs and a Tesla engineer, usually busy during the week and with more free time on the weekends. We enjoy having BBQs on the deck, meeting to have a chat or hang out and watch a movie together.

The rent is $ 1700 per month, the room is currently unfurnished and would suit a single occupant or a couple.
Utilities are shared equally between all housemates and are around $150 - 200 per month approx. per person, including biweekly cleaning for common spaces and gardener. Two months deposit, no smoking or drugs. Plenty of private parking is available on the premises.
